We extract our honey by hand let it settle and filter it through a trickle there are fine filters to give a beautiful clear light golden honey (in 2019). Each time bees lay down honey it can be different based on where they’ve been gathering nectar, the weather, which part of the season etc – it is, after all, a natural product. It’s always an exciting time in August / September to see what the honey like for that season.
Our honey is raw and not heat treated to give the best flavour and retain as much goodness as possible.
